This has been by FAR the best rental company I have ever had to deal with! Michelle is FANTASTIC! Unlike like 95% of rental places, I was able to use my debit card! Michelle had literally EVERYTHING ready for me by the time I had arrived, so all I had to do was sign, and I was out of there! Again, she was just so awesome, and made such a bad situation, a great experience! Great communication, and I was able to extend for two extra days without any further action! This is the only place I will ever rent a car from again! Did I mention that I also was NOT charged a rental deposit?! Ya, read that again! NO DEPOSIT! Let me start by saying there is not one single negative thing I can say about these guys. I found myself needing to rent a car long term. I’ll never rent from anyone else. The rates were better than reasonable and something that enterprise doesn’t even offer, the rental comes w roadside assistance which is huge! I finally was able to get out of the rental and purchase a car, which I bought through them as well and I am so happy. Let me also mention that the process of buying a car for someone who doesn’t have great credit like me can be painful. But my experience here was so quick and easy. It actually took longer for me to decide which car I wanted than the whole car buying process! Michelle, Matt, and Jason are great! The customer service is excellent! Esp Michelle, who went above and beyond week after week with me! They will always be my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice . Call these guys b4 u bother with enterprise or another “big name” company. U won’t regret it! Funny, I didn’t know they were even there, someone recommended them to me. So I will be telling everyone I know Go see JD Byrider in Easton! I’d give them more stars if I could.

After a pretty extensive auto shopping experience, I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the entire team here. I work in the automotive industry So I knew pretty much what I was looking for and they accommodated all of my requests. As the manager of an automotive repair garage, I probably was not the easiest client to appease because used cars in general can pose issues. Savanna & Michelle are a pretty tight knit unit and communicated extremely well. Everything was explained extremely clearly, Both verbally and on paper.
